Each FACE Program promotes its services in the community recruits and serves eligible families, and facilitates families’ ongoing participation in services. A Recruitment, Engagement and Retention Action Plan should reflect year-round strategies and activities to effectively recruit, engage and retain FACE families into the program.
For more guidance read the Recruitment section in the Model and Implementation Guide.
